Privacy Policy
LumaSlide, last updated 25 July 2026
LumaSlide does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. The app has no server, no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics.
Photos
LumaSlide accesses your photo library solely to display your own photos and videos as a slideshow, and to let you choose albums and edit place names. All processing happens on your device. Photos are never uploaded anywhere.
Local network
LumaSlide uses your local network only so that your own devices (Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch) can find each other and exchange playback commands over a direct connection. This traffic never leaves your network and does not pass through any server.
Locations
LumaSlide reads the GPS data already stored inside your photos and resolves place names through Apple's geocoding service, which is part of the operating system. Results are cached on your device only. If you override a place name, that change is stored on your device.
Data collected by the developer
None. Because the app has no server and no accounts, there is nothing for the developer to see, store or share. Apple may provide anonymous, aggregated sales and crash statistics, which contain no information that identifies you.
Children
LumaSlide is suitable for all ages and does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
